No-bake Peanut Butter Bars

RECIPE:

1 stick salted butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter, plus one spoonful, divided
1 cup chocolate chips (mix of semi-sweet and dark)
Combine first four ingredients and press into a square baking sheet. Melt chocolate with a spoonful of peanut butter, spread on top of filling and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate 1 hr or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
