2 zucchinis
1 cup of kale
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup water
juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of coconut aminos (can sub tamari wheat free soy sauce)
1 tablespoon of miso
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

The beauty of this raw soup recipe is that nothing needs to be cooked and it is as easy as adding all ingredients to your high speed blender. Add the zucchini, kale, avocado, water, and garlic, and blend until creamy. Next, add the lime juice, coconut aminos, miso, sea salt, and cayenne pepper. Serve with raw radishes, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of cucumber dill cashew cream (blend fresh dill with cashews, water, dill, and cucumber). Enjoy!
