Puffed Seeds With Chocolate Milk

Ingredients:

Chocolate milk:
1 can coconut milk
1 TBS cacao
1/2 to 1 tsp stevia

You can use the following:

Puffed millet
Puffed buckwheat
Puffed amaranth
Puffed quinoa
Or a combination

Directions: 
Combine all chocolate milk ingredients and heat gently in a saucepan, if you take it to work put it in a container and heat in microwave before serving over your choice of puffed seed (yes they are seeds)

Paleo friendly suits all other diet types except raw.

You can also have this chocolate milk as a hot chocolate on its own nice on these cold winter mornings.
