Winter Citrus Tart
Galette Dough
1 cup flour
1 Teaspoon sugar
1/4 Teaspoon salt
6 Teaspoons butter
Add 4 Teaspoon ice water
Filling:
3 or 4 mixed citrus of your choice
Sugar
eggwash
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar and salt in a food processor. Add butter and pulse until butter is pea sized. Add ice water and pulse. Bring together into a ball, wrap in plastic and rest in fridge for 30 min.
Slice mixed citrus.
To make the galette, roll out dough into 14 in circle, arrange cut citrus in center, fold 2 in border on itself, egg wash border and sprinkle entire galette with sugar.
Bake at 400 for 40-45 min.
