Swiss Chard & Jerk Chicken Lettuce Wraps

For the Wraps:
Leftover Chicken (baked, roasted or grilled), cut into slices, about 1/4 cup per wrap
Swiss Chard leaves, 1 per wrap
radishes, sliced
cooked quinoa, about 1 cup
harissa sauce, to taste
For Garlicky Tahini Dressing:
1/3 cup pure Tahini
2 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
2 cloves of crushed Garlic, (I use Dorot- life-saver!)
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (I used finely-ground Korean Red Pepper)
~1/3 cup of water, pending on consistency desired
For the dressing:
Combine all ingredients minus the water for the tahini dressing in a small bowl and mix thoroughly with a fork. Add the water gradually at the end, mixing in between to make sure you get the consistency you want. Set bowl aside
For the wraps:
Remove stem from swiss chard leave and add chicken, radishes, quinoa, harissa and a drizzle of the tahini dressing to the center of the leave. Roll as you would a burrito, slice in half and enjoy!
