"• Quinoa Patties •
Good Thursday morning lovelies! Do you lack of dinner inspiration? Here's a perfect dinner recipe! These patties are really easy to make and you can serve them as a burger, to a salad or just as they are with your favourite sauce.
Quinoa Patties
Put following ingredients in a bowl:
• 4-5 dl cooked quinoa (cooked in vegetable stock) and 2 tablespoons of the cooking water
• 1 chopped shallot
• 1 grated garlic clove
• 1 tablespoon tamari
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• paprika powder and cumin to taste
• 1-2 handfuls of spinach, chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 teaspoons mustard, I use my favourite from @reneevoltaire
• a pinch of chilli flakes
• 1 dl rolled oats
• 0,5-1 tablespoon psyllium husk
• some crumbled feta cheese, not if you want them vegan friendly
- combine the ingredients with a spoon
- put oil in a pan on medium heat
- form patties and put in the pan
- fry on both sides

Quinoa patties are probably the most delicious and such amazing idea to and a very different way to use your quinoa.
INGREDIENTS
4-5 dl cooked quinoa (cooked in vegetable stock)
2 tablespoons of the cooking water
1 chopped shallot
1 grated garlic clove
1 tablespoon tamari
2 teaspoons olive oil
Paprika powder, to taste
Cumin, to taste
1-2 handfuls of spinach, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons mustard (I use my favourite from @reneevoltaire) •
Pinch of chilli flakes
1 dl rolled oats
1/2 - 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
Crumbled feta cheese (omit if you want them vegan friendly)
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and combine with a spoon. Place oil in a pan over medium heat.
Form patties and place in the pan. Fry on both sides. Enjoy!
