INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs
Kale, steamed
Radishes, sliced
Cucumbers, sliced
Heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
Chia (@salbachia)
Avocado, cut in half
Tahini
Lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
In a saute pan, over medium-low heat, scrambled eggs. Transfer to a clean bowl and add steamed kale, radishes, cucumbers, heirloom cherry tomatoes, chia and avocado. Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice.
