This intense gluten-free chocolate cake uses hazelnut meal for added flavor. Quick tip: You can make your own hazelnut meal. Simply grind skinned hazelnuts, in the food processor, until finely ground. Use these finely ground hazelnuts or sift them for an even finer meal. Take care not to grind too far or you will end up with butter.
