Dates & Chia Power Bites
"DATES AND CHIA BALLS 250g dates
60 ml hot water
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup peanut or almond butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup pepitas
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 - 1 cup oats
Place half of the dates in the bowl and cover with hot  water, then soak it for about 15 min, drain and place in the food processor together with coconut, peanut (almond) butter and cocoa powder. Mix well into a thick paste. Once done mix in the rest of the ingredients: pepitas, oats and chia seeds. With lightly wet hands form mixture into balls and place them on the non stick baking paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Balls can be stored in the airtight  container in the fridge for up to 1 month. ENJOY"
